This is a preliminary version of the Trilogy website, containing additional data on the clusters identified by the algorithm. The full site is in development, with full documentation and graphical cluster representations in the works. Here is the protein set used in our first round of Trilogy searches. The proteins are a set of SCOP (1.55) family representatives taken from the ASTRAL website.
